The small airport of La Palma is located only a few kilometer away from the island’s capital Santa Cruz de La Palma. The La Palma Diving Center is very close to the aiport and Santa Cruz de La Palma, no long drives with buses or rental cars. Make your vacation start right at the airport, the La Palma Diving Center Team can pick you up from the airport, if need be.

A lot of different airlines start and land every day at La Palma airport. Here you will also find planes of the Airline Binter, which takes care of flights within the Canary Island.

Travel by plane

The trip from the UK to La Palma takes about 6 to 7 hours depending on which part of the UK you are traveling from.

Get cheap tickets with bargain airlines such as Ryan Air to Teneriffe or Gan Canarian and then hop on one of the Binter planes that take you directly to La Palma.

Travel by plane and ferry

Get cheap tickets with bargain airlines such as Ryan Air to Teneriffe or Gan Canarian and then hop on one of the ferries that take you directly to La Palma. Either you take the speed ferry Fred Ohlsen Express or travel with Naviera Armas. The prices for the Ferry vary from 30 to 40 Euro depending the season and which comapny you travel with.

Travel by car and ferry

If you have a lot of time, you could drive your car all the way to the south of Spain to Cadiz and then take a ferry. The trip on the ferry will take about 2 1/2 days. Frankly it’s not worth it … hop on a plane
